It looks like the property market is turning a corner finally, with CoreLogic releasing data this week which shows the change in dwelling values across the capital cities increasing by 0.2% for October, the first increase since April this year. As expected Melbourne is the outlier amongst the capitals with -0.2% and regional Australia continuing to outperform with an increase of 0.9%.

As the Head of Product Solutions, Dirk shares a little company history, describes CoreLogic’s move into real time data and illustrates how everyone from consumers to agents and banks benefit from the timeliness of data.
