Jo Prince-Gillies appointed Associate Director of McGrath Projects Queensland as Brisbane apartment market improves

McGrath Projects, a division of McGrath Estate Agents, today announced the appointment of Jo Prince-Gillies as Associate Director of McGrath Projects Queensland.

McGrath Projects General Manager Adam Sparkes said, “We see the Brisbane apartment market is showing signs of improvement with enquiry levels starting to rise and it is with great pleasure that I announce the appointment of Jo Prince-Gillies as new Associate Director, McGrath Projects Queensland.”

Commenting on the local market, Mr Sparkes said “There is a genuine value proposition on offer in and around the growth corridors of Brisbane, with high quality projects in sought after locations attracting owner occupiers looking for a lifestyle change.”

“Separately we are seeing savvy investors returning to the market for affordability as well solid rental yield and low vacancy rates enticement reasons,” commented Mr Sparkes.

Selling new and off the plan apartments as well as house and land subdivisions throughout Queensland, Jo Prince-Gillies is passionate about the industry and is driven to produce outstanding results for her clients. The new Associate Director has worked with an impressive number of development groups including Ariadne, Mirvac, Juniper, Entice Projects, Reed Property Group and USP Group.

Mr Sparkes commented, “Having owned her own successful Project Marketing business for more than ten years, Jo was attracted to McGrath for its innovation and attention to detail and she sees an opportunity to further her potential by aligning herself with the McGrath brand.”

He continued, “Jo has an extremely impressive track record of delivering outstanding results for her developer clients. With more than 20 years direct Project Marketing experience, and with the success of her own previous business, she sees McGrath Projects as having the ability to offer her clients a seamless solution to their sales and marketing needs.”

Ms Prince-Gillies will join the current team of six within the McGrath Projects Queensland office, working alongside two Associate Directors in Brisbane and one Associate Director on the Gold Coast as they look to expand into 2019.

Mr Sparke’s said, “Jo will be bringing into our business new substantial project listings and will be listing and managing new development opportunities in and around the Brisbane and wider Southeast Queensland area.”

“Her proven track record has seen her achieve immense success with both developers and buyers as she immerses herself in the process from the very early planning and design phase through to complete project sellout. Jo has the knowledge, commitment, drive and valued expertise to successfully launch and sell out a new development and is a welcomed addition to the team,” said Mr Sparkes.
