John McGrath is confident in the long term value of the Melbourne market. The Founder and Executive Director of McGrath Real Estate, John McGrath said, “Despite a cooling market I believe that Melbourne offers good potential for capital growth over the long term due to solid population and employment growth, major investment in infrastructure, and affordable housing that will be a catalyst for interstate migration.”
Box Hill was signaled out as one of Mr McGrath’s top picks in the recently released McGrath Report 2019.
McGrath made his comments when announcing the appointment of Ripple Wu as the Co-Principal of McGrath Boxhill.
“Located around 14 kilometres east of the city, Boxhill is a cosmopolitan suburb with strong public transport links and importantly its own hospital and and school. The bustling multicultural hub is thriving with houses on large blocks that have great development potential,” Mr McGrath continued.
Ms Wu joined McGrath last month as sales agent, previously of Ray White Blackburn where she enjoyed the No 2 female agent ranking in Ray White Victoria and Tasmania.
