“What we’ve found is that a lot of clients are coming out of the Northern Beaches, Inner West and CBD into Castle Hill and the surrounding areas, especially with the new Metro and other infrastructure changes,” Karen says.
“We also have clients who have lived in the area a long time moving out towards the Lower North Shore, the Northern Beaches and Bowral in order to downsize or just enjoy their retirement.”
